About

Meet Rob

Around seven years ago my health crashed & brought down just about everything in my life with it. This was after decades of therapy and trying to solve my problems. I always felt stuck. First I learned acceptance, committed to a meditation practice, and then discovered energy healing. It helped me a lot and I then had the opportunity to train so I could give to others. Of course, I’m still a work in progress but I have learned a way of opening up to healing and my life is vastly better as a result. I believe that this process can help you too and that’s why I’m passionate about bodyflow energetics.

Bodyflow & Energetic Healing

You Are a healer. We all are. Our body is a self-healing mechanism. Our subconscious mind is a powerful tool for healing. However, because of trauma or negative emotional experiences in childhood or inherited in some way the healing process becomes blocked. This often presents later in life as illness, stress, depression etc. These are the body’s way of alerting us that something has gone wrong energetically.

Bodyflow energetics is about understanding & clearing the blockage so that your body’s self-healing can be restored. Understanding the information stored in your subconscious mind about the issue is the key to being able to let it go. Kinesiology helps to unlock this information & bring it to your conscious mind. You get it.

Kinesiology also helps us to select the best option for releasing the stored or blocked energy from the body. This might be tapping, frequency adjustment, specific massage etc. Usually, 1-3 days is indicated for integration, the body has to re-align its energy pattern according to the new paradigm for this issue. The session is concluded.

The healing around a particular issue might be resolved in one session. Often issues are complex or layered because trauma or emotional stress has occurred over a longer time period & many blocks have been set up or strengthened. Clearing the log-jamb takes time. It can be hard work but the rewards are there to be had, better health, more enjoyment of life, better relationships, spiritual growth. It’s my wish for you.

Managing Chronic Fatigue and Fibromyalgia

Living with chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) and fibromyalgia is more than just managing physical symptoms; it’s a profound journey that impacts all areas of life—mental, emotional, and social. The day-to-day reality of these conditions often includes debilitating fatigue, body pain, and cognitive challenges, compounded by the added burdens of anxiety, financial stress, and the sometimes judgmental responses of others. Though blood tests may indicate “normal” health, many with CFS and fibromyalgia know all too well the depth of these invisible struggles.

Thankfully, awareness around these conditions has grown, with more people understanding that CFS and fibromyalgia are very real. Despite this, it’s not uncommon for doctors to suggest managing symptoms without offering hope for true recovery. However, more and more people have found long-lasting relief by addressing the root causes, which involve more than just symptom management.
